CBS block walls, roof trusses, and standing seam metal roofing. Impact windows and doors installed for dry-in.

Phase 4

MEP Rough-In

6 weeks

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough installation. Low-voltage wiring for smart home and audio systems.

Phase 5

Finishes & Trim

3 months

Interior finishes including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and paint. Custom millwork and lighting installation.
